Processor – Central Operations- UAE NATIONAL

Job Summary

Process all transactions in different operations units with full control, complete accuracy, and adhere to compliance and policies of the bank with the motive to provide excellent services and support to all stakeholders and clienteles (internal & external) within bank approved policies, processes & guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Cards Services Unit:

❖ Process all credit and debit card requests from branch and contract center

❖ Arrange the delivery of Cards to the branch and courier respectively within the timeline ❖ Attend to all input/ maintenance/ review/ control/ reconciliation / Settlement of Debit Card | Credit Card | ATM acquiring | CB Cash Deposit | ATM & CCDM replenishment /Recon of accounts GL and Central Bank & Mastercard reporting requirement in respect to activities related to the department functions.

❖ Coordinate with branches and / or other Departments for completion of processes in time.

❖ Attend to branch calls to provide assistance / support / guidance in the area of activity within the department functionalities.

❖ ATM & Card Dispute chargeback management.

❖ Any other products & services when implemented

Other Activities:

❖ Exercise error free transactions within TAT. Meet SLAs.

❖ Participate in projects for implementing/improvising, new/existing products and services, processes, procedures, and systems by actively participating in UATs.

❖ Assist other Ops unit processors in case of emergency and crisis as per Line Manager request.

❖ The job function involves interacting with customers (internal & external).

Basic Requirements

▪ UAE National

▪ Graduate of any discipline.

▪ Prior operation banking experience.

▪ Good English skills

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
