Typist

As a Typist, your primary responsibility will be to process various type of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation: Review the transaction documents in the system before starting of the transaction.

Government Procedures: Possess a solid understanding of government rules, regulations, and procedures related to transaction processing, particularly in the following departments: ICP, GDFRA, EHS Medical Test, MOHRE.

Data Entry and Accuracy: Accurately input customer data into the computer system, ensuring correctness and completeness.

Filing and Recordkeeping: Maintain organized records of all processed documents, ensuring proper filing and archiving in the system.
Follow established protocols for document storage and confidentiality to protect customer information.

Technology Utilization: Utilize computer software and typing tools to enhance typing speed and accuracy.

Multitasking and Time Management: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet work demand and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to document processing.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English typing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with typing software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Transactions Typing: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English & Minimum Arabic for transaction typing (Required)
