Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers, materials, and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-out works (joinery, MEP, civil, finishing, and furniture).
  • Prepare and issue inquiries, obtain quotations, and evaluate supplier offers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
  • Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure material specifications and quantities are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
  • Maintain and update supplier and subcontractor databases.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery schedules.
  • Track and monitor procurement activities to ensure materials are delivered on time to meet project deadlines.
  • Assist in negotiating prices and payment terms under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy before forwarding to accounts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of procurement records (quotations, LPOs, delivery notes, etc.).
  • Support in evaluating supplier performance and developing long-term vendor relationships.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and internal approval processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
