Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, materials, and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-out works (joinery, MEP, civil, finishing, and furniture).
- Prepare and issue inquiries, obtain quotations, and evaluate supplier offers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
- Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure material specifications and quantities are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
- Maintain and update supplier and subcontractor databases.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery schedules.
- Track and monitor procurement activities to ensure materials are delivered on time to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in negotiating prices and payment terms under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy before forwarding to accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of procurement records (quotations, LPOs, delivery notes, etc.).
- Support in evaluating supplier performance and developing long-term vendor relationships.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and internal approval processes.
