About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to support the planning, procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT hardware for our global supply chain operations. This role will collaborate closely with our US supply chain, logistics, IT infrastructure, and vendor management teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hardware procurement
- Coordinate with US teams to understand hardware forecasts, demand plans, and replacement cycles.
- Work with global vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and track orders.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware across multiple warehouses, distribution centers, and corporate locations.
- Track asset lifecycle (purchase, allocation, warranty, retire/decommission).
- Ensure compliance with US IT asset policies and audit requirements.
- Support hardware deployments for warehouse automation
- Coordinate RMA, warranty claims, and replacements with vendors.
- Prepare documentation for procurement, asset tracking, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain records and provide regular reports and updates to multiple teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in supply chain IT operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of hardware types used in supply chain
- Experience with procurement and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication skills—especially experience working with US stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
