Job Title: Procurement Admin Executive – Electronics Components

Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement Admin Executive – Electronics Components to manage component stock, vendor coordination, and procurement planning to ensure a smooth and cost-effective supply chain. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of electronic components, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Tamil and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage component stock levels to support production requirements.
  • Plan and execute monthly procurement activities efficiently.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost optimization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors to strengthen the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory for smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics components and their applications.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English (additional languages will be an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in electronics manufacturing or a related industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
