Tone Products Inc. has seen great growth over the past few years and we’re looking for additional support within our expanding procurement department. This role will essentially be the ‘glue’ within our day-to-day procurement processes. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your all-star organization skills? Responsibilities
- Support and work closely with our ingredient purchasing agent by processing purchase order confirmations (including confirming pricing, arranging freight, and purchase order date management within Microsoft Dynamics)
- Be the primary responsible party for dispatching, tracking, and updating purchase orders accordingly
- Manage new raw material item set up within Microsoft Dynamics
- Assist in reporting by comfortably pulling data and composing organized and effective spreadsheets
- Support in special projects and other miscellaneous inquiries, requests and tasks within the procurement department
- Collaborate with raw material buyers to address and resolve raw material quality/supplier issues
- Assist the procurement team with maintaining raw material order metrics, raw material pricing, and vendor account information by updating information accordingly within Microsoft D365
- Assist in reconciliation of invoices
- Work closely with our production planning department regarding schedule changes and delivery adjustments needed.
- Liaising between departments regarding inquiries, to communicate updates, and/or to coordinate special deliveries

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
