We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Sales Engineer with in-depth knowledge of lifting tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor development, and technical sales, with the ability to manage the complete cycle from sourcing to client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement:
· Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for lifting tools and related equipment.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
· Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and compliance with company requirements.
· Maintain optimum inventory levels and manage procurement planning.
Sales & Business Development:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Generate leads, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and close sales deals.
· Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent.
· 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement and sales within lifting tools / material handling industry.
· Knowledge of safety standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, OSHA, ASME) is an advantage.
· Expertise in both procurement and technical sales functions.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
