Supplier Management: Researching and identifying potential new suppliers and vendors. Maintaining and updating supplier records, including qualifications, delivery times, and contact information. Communicating with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Order Processing: Preparing, verifying, and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Tracking the status of orders and ensuring they are accurate and complete. Coordinating with departments to manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels. Administrative & Record Keeping: Maintaining procurement records, files, and databases. Assisting with the creation of procurement reports and presentations. Liaising with the finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers. Compliance & Quality: Ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Evaluating and assessing supplier performance and product quality. Communication: Acting as a point of contact between suppliers and other company departments. Communicating effectively with colleagues and other teams regarding procurement matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹22,800.00 - ₹31,400.00 per month
