About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, compliance, and renewal, while ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices. Working closely with legal, risk, and procurement teams, you will develop governance models, create insightful reports and dashboards, and monitor key performance metrics to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and support strategic business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Collaborate with relevant parties to prepare, review and revise contracts,
• Monitor the life cycle of existing contracts - from drafting and negotiation through execution, compliance and renewal,
• Standardize policies and procedures across procurement & contract activities,
• Implementing contract management tool and ensure its effective usage across the business units and legal team,
• Draft, review and revise a variety of contracts including procurement agreements, service contracts, NDAs and vendor agreements etc.,
• Ensure seamless collaboration with finance, legal, risk and other business units,
• Develop reports and dashboards on contract metrics
• Track contract management performance metrics such as critical dates, renewals, and milestones,
• Ensure contract management policies alignment with company policies and applicable laws & regulations,
• Work closely with procurement sourcing and system teams to build the whole procurement governance model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Law etc.),
• A professional with 3 to 8 years of experience who is passionate about procurement and contract management,
• Passionate about contract management, contract law & relevant regulations and negotiation of contract terms,
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills and a team-oriented mindset,
• Highly motivated to analyze and evaluate contracts,
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, understanding of contract law & commercial terms,
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
