GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Graduate of universities, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing.
• Able to manage the decision-making process for creating collections.
• Able to conduct market research and price analysis, enjoys research, and has a strong quality awareness.
• If you're dynamic, take ownership of your job, are a team player, have strong communication and negotiation skills, possess analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, manage time effectively, and can multitask when needed, this is the place for you.
• Knowledgeable about contract and supplier management.
• Travel is not an obstacle for me.
• I can adapt to flexible working hours.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Logo, Oracle, Netsis).
• Excellent command of MS Office programs.
• High proficiency in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct research on the product group to be purchased and ensure finding the most suitable supplier. Manage the processes of obtaining quotes, comparing them, creating orders, and handling delivery and invoicing.
• Manage product range, product lifecycle, and product pricing.
• Ensure that the materials are obtained completely and on time.
• Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations.
