Strategic Procurement and Resource Planning Team Lead

Currently we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement and Resource Planning Team Lead to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineer, Supply Chain Management),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, resource planning, or supply chain management,
• Strong negotiation and communication skills,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially advanced Excel skills,
• Advanced level of English.

Description:

• Develop and implement long-term strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals,
• Lead and manage the procurement and resource planning team, ensuring high performance and continuous Development,
• Conduct supplier evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring,
• Perform market analysis to identify optimal suppliers and pricing strategies,
• Analyze production and operational needs to plan material and service requirements,
• Optimize inventory levels to reduce stock costs while ensuring availability,
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant fulfillment of procurement requests,
• Build and maintain strong, sustainable supplier relationships,
• Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery, and quality terms with suppliers determining projects’ procurement costs during the bid phase,
• Identify and mitigate risks in procurement processes; develop contingency plans,
• Prepare regular reports and data analyses to assess and improve process efficiency,
• Ensure compliance with legal and company procurement policies,
• Promote and uphold ethical procurement practices,
• Provide strategic insights and updates to senior management.
