Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to manage the purchasing process and ensure the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will support procurement activities from sourcing and negotiation to vendor management and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute procurement activities in line with company policies and budget.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability.
  • Request and review quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Track orders and ensure on-time delivery while resolving any supply issues or discrepancies.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and process improvements in the procurement function.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement records in the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing coordination (preferably in [mention industry, e.g., FMCG / construction / manufacturing]).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
