  • Coordinate order placements and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery, while minimizing delays and avoiding operational losses.
  • Oversee inventory reconciliation and inspections, verifying the quality and quantity of received goods, and handling any issues with suppliers, including returns or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports, including vendor evaluations, pricing variances, and purchasing trends to support decision-making.
  • Support compliance and issue resolution, ensuring alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards, and assisting in resolving payment discrepancies with suppliers.
