About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. This role is essential in ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Purchase orders: Prepare, process, and track purchase requisitions and orders.
• Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
• Inventory coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.
• Cross-functional support: Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to meet procurement needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/procurement software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Must have a valid QID and NOC
