We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement operations within the real estate development team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials and services, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification to purchase order issuance.
- Coordinate sourcing of materials, equipment, and services for construction and development projects.
- Support negotiations with vendors to achieve best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers; assist in onboarding new vendors.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to support purchasing strategies.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure availability of materials on site.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and timely payments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and vendor management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
- Knowledge of UAE suppliers and market practices is an advantage.
