- Manage the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations materials, spare parts, and technical services.
- Evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers based on quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance coordination and maintenance operation teams to understand technical needs, maintenance schedules, and spare part priorities.
- Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of critical parts to minimize equipment downtime.
- Review and interpret technical specifications and drawings to ensure accurate material procurement.
- Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements to optimize cost and supply reliability.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and support vendor improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in maintenance budgeting and cost control activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance and supply processes.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations, MRO materials, and spare parts management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal maintenance teams.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
