Procurement Engineer

• Manage the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations materials, spare parts, and technical services.
• Evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers based on quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance coordination and maintenance operation teams to understand technical needs, maintenance schedules, and spare part priorities.
• Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of critical parts to minimize equipment downtime.
• Review and interpret technical specifications and drawings to ensure accurate material procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements to optimize cost and supply reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and support vendor improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in maintenance budgeting and cost control activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance and supply processes.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, MRO materials, and spare parts management.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal maintenance teams.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
