PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities for major projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, supplier management expertise, and experience handling procurement for EPC projects.

• Manage the complete procurement cycle
• Review and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, QA/QC, and construction teams
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify vendors and suppliers
• Conduct bid analysis and prepare commercial comparison reports
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project specifications
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage expediting, inspection coordination, and logistics follow-up
• Prepare procurement status reports and maintain documentation
• Support cost control and budget tracking activities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
