Procurement Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Procurement Engineer to join our team for high-end villa renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai.

This is a practical, site-linked role suited for someone who can independently manage procurement, cost control, and supplier coordination across multiple villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement for villa fit-out projects
• Prepare BOQs from drawings and conduct precise quantity take-offs
• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market (civil, MEP, joinery, finishes, sanitaryware, marble, tiles)
• Prepare detailed comparison reports and cost analysis sheets
• Issue and manage LPOs, track deliveries, and control material schedules
• Maintain strict budget monitoring and cost control
• Coordinate closely with site and project teams to ensure timely execution

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years UAE experience in villa fit-out or residential construction procurement
• Proven experience in high-end residential villa projects
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and subcontractor market
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (drawing interpretation and quantity extraction)
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and cost tracking
• Strong negotiation and commercial management skills
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Currently based in the UAE
