· Background in Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering

· Minimum of 4 years experience in process instrumentation or automation

· Strong negotiation ad commercial evaluation skills

· Knowledge of international standard (IEC, API, ISO)

· Experience with ERP systems and MS Office

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end to end procurement activities for instrumentation and process control equipment.

2. Prepare and issue RFQ’s evaluate technical and commercial offers

3. Conduct technical comparisons and vendor assessments

4. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

5. Coordinate with engineering, sales, and project team for material specifications

6. Monitor purchase orders and ensure on time delivery

7. Develop and maintain approved vendor database

8. Ensure compliance and company policies

9. Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards
