Procurement Engineer – Automotive Spare Parts

• Experience in procurement and sourcing of automotive spare parts.
• Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket spare parts for light and heavy vehicles.
• Skilled in supplier identification, vendor negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Experience in inventory control, cost reduction, and stock planning.
• Familiar with local and international sourcing procedures.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in automotive spare parts procurement.
• UAE experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure automotive spare parts and components.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure timely availability of parts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
