- Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze market trends and forecasts for critical materials and services.
- Prepare procurement budgets and cost-saving plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors for civil and interior works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors.
- Maintain an approved supplier database.
- Obtain competitive quotations, analyze bids, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders, and Subcontract Agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to understand material requirements and timelines.

- 5-7 Yrs of Experience
