Procurement Engineer - Civil

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze market trends and forecasts for critical materials and services.
• Prepare procurement budgets and cost-saving plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors for civil and interior works.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors.
• Maintain an approved supplier database.
• Obtain competitive quotations, analyze bids, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders, and Subcontract Agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to understand material requirements and timelines.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5-7 Yrs of Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
