We’re Hiring: Procurement Engineer (Civil) – US Market
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US working hours)

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Engineer (Civil) with hands-on experience in US-based construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in material procurement, supplier management, and cost control, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle for US-based civil construction projects
• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers and vendors
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment as per project specs
• Review project drawings and BOQs to create and maintain procurement schedules
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams for material planning
• Maintain vendor records and build strong supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with US standards, codes, and client-specific requirements
• Support budgeting by monitoring costs and optimizing procurement efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3–4 years of procurement experience (with at least 1 year on US-based projects)
• Strong understanding of construction materials and procurement workflows
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, procurement platforms, and ERP systems

Preferred:

• Experience with US supplier databases and construction compliance
• Knowledge of cost control methods and procurement budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
