Senior Manager Procurement
. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s purchasing function, ensuring that all required goods and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, conducting vendor assessments, negotiating beneficial agreements, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with the company’s objectives.

Monitor market trends, evaluate suppliers, and apply industry best practices to enhance procurement efficiency.

Oversee inventory management by designing policies and systems that maintain optimal stock levels while preventing shortages and overstocking.

Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Admin Services, Project Development, etc.) to ensure timely procurement support.

Establish procurement frameworks, compliance standards, and governance policies.

Champion digital procurement tools and analytics to improve decision-making.

Track and report procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance.

Streamline procurement processes for transparency and efficiency, including vendor selection, bidding, and contract management.

Mentor and lead the procurement team by setting targets, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Manage large-scale purchasing decisions, mitigate supply chain risks, and maintain strong vendor diversity.

Oversee risk management for supplier agreements and contracts.

Build a culture of sustainable cost savings and long-term value delivery.

Requirements
-
Proven track record as a procurement manager or head of procurement.

Strong negotiation, networking, and decision-making skills.

Solid experience in data analysis and budget management. Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams.

Educational Qualification: MS/BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Knowledge of procurement software and supplier management tools.

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and strong understanding of market dynamics.

Experience: 7–10 years in procurement (including at least 3 years in the construction industry).
