Position: Procurement Executive

Location: Thane (W), Mumbai

Requisites:

· Graduate in Pharmacy/Commerce/Science.

· 5-8 years of procurement experience in pharma or manufacturing.

· Basic understanding of raw materials and supply chain terms.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the procurement of raw materials, packaging items, and consumables.

· Raise purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.

· Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and warehouses for GRN and billing processes.

· Maintain purchase records and update procurement data in ERP.

· Track inventory levels and provide timely updates to ensure stock availability.

· Support documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

· Handle RFQs, quotations, and cost comparisons under manager's guidance.
