Procurement & Sourcing

- Source and Procure parts for overhauling and repairing for engine / machines.

- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers

- Issue Purchase order and follow up for deliveries.

Cost control:

- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Negotiate for pricing and payment terms. Ensure cost effective buying without comprising the quality.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure proper inventory levels.

- Monitor stocks and re-order quantity.

- Work with logistics and customs teams for import/export compliance and timely delivery of goods.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate record, report and documentation for audits and reviews.

Supplier Evaluation and Management:

- Gather feedback for quality of materials and defect rate.

- Check supplier’s responsiveness and lead time accuracy.

- Develop and maintain relationships with approved suppliers

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
