Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to assist in managing procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods required for our Lahore factory.

Budget: 60k to 90k

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect items in line with FMCG business requirements.

2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality, cost, and delivery terms.

3. Maintain and update procurement data, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor information in SAP.

4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

5. Liaise with finance for invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation of purchase records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1–2 years of procurement experience in FMCG sector (preferred).

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
