Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the education or healthcare industry.
• Must have experience of working in an ERP based environment. SAP knowledge / experience shall be preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations from suppliers as per required specifications for purchasing dental equipment, materials, general items, and equipment.
• Prepare comprehensive comparative statements for required equipment.
• Ensure smooth functioning of SAP, including the preparation of purchase orders (POs), payment notes (PNs), etc.
• Investigate and resolve qualitative and quantitative discrepancies between goods ordered and goods received.
• Liaise with suppliers for pending deliveries and with the finance department for pending payments.
• Monitor vendor performance regarding the supply of items within a given time frame.
• Generate monthly budget variance reports.
• Coordinate with HODs for testing, evaluation, and resolution of complaints regarding new product samples.
• Manage the complete procurement process including estimation, quotations, CS approval, delivery, inspection, invoicing, and final payment.
