We invite quotations from reputable vendors, suppliers, and contractors for the supply of Winter Kit Freamwork agreement for one year (Baluchistan, Sindh, KP and Punjab).

Quotation Submission Details:

Deadline: Friday, October 17, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Late submissions will not be accepted).

Submission Method: Send quotations and Sample via courier/ by Hand to Action Against Hunger Islamabad Office, Plaza 42, Commercial Avenue, Sector A, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, on your company's official letterhead, duly stamped and signed along with profile and other documents.

Required Documents:

• Company profile, including organizational and financial details. Failure to submit a company profile will result in disqualification.)
• NTN number and tax details.
• Delivery timeline for the product.
• Payment terms.

Delivery Location: Balochistan, Sindh, KP and Punjab for one year FWA.

Pricing & Compliance Requirements:

• Quotation prices must include all applicable taxes, including withholding tax/Sales Tax.
• Clearly state the validity period of the quotation.
• Specify delivery timelines and payment terms.
