Procurement Executive

Role Overview:

Oversee and manage the entire procurement process for an organization. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and adherence to company policies and legal regulations. They are responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals, identifying the most efficient and cost-effective sources for products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Manage the entire procurement process, from initial request to final delivery, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, negotiate favorable pricing, and optimize procurement processes for efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Evaluate potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and select the most suitable ones based on various criteria.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating potential risks.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management.

Fresh to 1 years of experience in procurement
