Procurement Executive

We are hiring a proactive Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality materials that power our performance and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and qualify new suppliers—domestic and international—based on quality, pricing, and lead times.

· Source raw materials (aluminum alloys, forging blanks, etc.) and components used in wheel production.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to optimize costs without compromising on quality.

· Analyze market trends to anticipate material cost fluctuations.

· Resolve quality disputes or discrepancies with suppliers quickly and professionally.

· Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term reliability and favourable terms.

· Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid production delays.

· Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and vendor performance.

· Manage order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and complete fulfilment.

· Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to production.

· Assist in developing procurement strategies that align with overall supply chain goals.

· Track and report procurement KPIs, including lead times, cost variances, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in procurement, ideally in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
Strong understanding of manufacturing materials and industrial supply chains.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
