About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, vendor management, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing of materials and services. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the broader supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order management.
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Track and analyze key supply chain metrics (e.g., supplier performance, lead times, cost savings).
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Production teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in the supply chain.
  • Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning based on historical data and market trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
