As a rapidly expanding company, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships. The role requires effective negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a strong understanding of procurement best practices to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

Responsibilities:

· Source, negotiate and procure materials, equipment and services from both local and international suppliers.

· Conduct research of specialized vendors for new inquiries on Alibaba, Made in China, etc.

· Maintain and update the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

· Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best value, quality, and delivery terms.

· Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and specifications.

· Issue purchase orders (POs) and track the delivery of goods to ensure on-time receipt.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

· Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.

· Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or pricing discrepancies.

· Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Polymer or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP.)

· Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

· Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Skills:

· Experience with international sourcing and customs procedures.

· Proficient in English communication
