Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities for company operations
- Local Market Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for procurement needs
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure best purchasing decisions
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate with finance and warehouse teams for smooth procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
