We are looking for a Procurement Executive for food and provision supplies who can manage vendor relationships, sourcing, purchasing, and quality checks of food products. Candidates from Catering/Hotel Management/Food Technology background (2024/2025 graduates) are welcome. Prior experience in the food supply industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for food & provision items.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Conduct market research on pricing, quality, and availability of food items.
- Manage purchase orders, bills, and vendor records.
- Work closely with stores, accounts, and operations team to forecast requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments.
- Maintain cost control and reduce wastage in procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Catering Science, Food Technology, or related field (2024/2025 passed outs can apply).
- Prior experience or internship in food procurement/supply chain (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food items, quality standards, and supply chain process.
- Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems / MS Excel (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
