Procurement Executive – (Internet Service Provider Industry)

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with prior experience in ISP/Telecom or B2B operations. The ideal candidate must be strong in vendor coordination, purchasing of network-related materials, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely availability of inventory for operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement for network equipment, accessories, tools, and operational materials.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for price negotiations and timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and maintain updated procurement records.
• Track inventory levels and ensure availability as per project requirements.
• Support finance team in vendor billing, GRN, and purchase documentation.
• Assist operations team in sourcing urgent materials for active B2B clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of procurement experience (preferably in ISP/IT/Telecom).
• Knowledge of vendor management and purchase cycles.
• Strong negotiation, documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
