We are looking for a Procurement Intern at Roche Diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management:
  Assist in maintaining and updating the supplier database and documentation, including contracts and compliance records.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Support the preparation of spend analysis reports and help with data entry and data management in the ERP system.

• Sourcing Support:
  Contribute to the preparation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents across various categories.

• Operational Tasks:
  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement needs and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Compliance:
  Assist the team in ensuring procurement processes comply with internal policies and external requirements such as Due Diligence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD

• Availability to work 3 days a week from the office for 6 months

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or myBuy is a strong plus)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• A proactive team player who is eager to learn and develop
