Position Title: Procurement Intern
Department: Supply Chain

Reports To: Director of Procurement
Position Overview
The Procurement Intern will support the Supply Chain team in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supplier research, qualification, and onboarding.
- Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, including data collection and bid analysis.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies and timelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations for procurement meetings and cost-saving forums.
Learning Opportunities

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Economics with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong academic record in a relevant field of study.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
