Procurement & Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Assistant to join our team. As a key player in our supply chain team, you will help manage the flow of goods and services while ensuring optimal procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and inventory management.
• Coordinate logistics operations.
• Support the team in managing supplier relationships and maintaining effective communication.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist with tracking inventory, shipments, and goods receipts.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Education: A course or certification related to procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus.
• Willingness to work under pressure and be eager to learn and develop.
• Should be able to work within our parameters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
