Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Muscat for a Procurement & Logistics Manager - Edible Oils. The successful candidate will oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities for raw materials, equipment, and services. They will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, optimize logistics operations, and ensure inventory accuracy. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, evaluating supplier performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement and vendor management, including contract negotiation and supplier evaluation
• Expertise in logistics management, supply chain coordination, and inventory control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring market trends and optimizing operations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of the edible oils industry or related sectors is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other supply chain management tools
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Previous experience in procurement or logistics management roles is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Muscat and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
