Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and licensing for technology projects.
• Manage sourcing strategies, vendor selection, negotiations, and contracts tailored to project requirements.
• Conduct techno-functional evaluations of vendors, reviewing specs, SLAs, licensing models, and TCO.
• Support procurement for data centers, AI deployments, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise digitalization projects.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and inventory planning to meet project timelines.
• Monitor market trends and technology advancements to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, project, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT or related field with supply chain/procurement qualification.
• 7–10 years’ experience in project-based procurement within technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and licensing models.
• Proven skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement for projects.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and vendor management.
• Experience in technology procurement (hardware, software, licenses, IT services, or project-based requirements).
• Contract drafting, negotiation, and management skills.
• Tendering and bid evaluation experience.
• Cost analysis, cost optimization, and budget management expertise.
• Understanding of supply chain and project lifecycle in technology-driven projects.
