Purchase Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Manager with at least 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, handling purchasing operations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day purchasing of materials, products, and supplies.
  • Find reliable suppliers and request quotations as needed.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders.
  • Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with inventory and store teams to manage stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
  • Ensure all purchased items meet quality and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of purchasing procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
