Job Purpose
Lead strategic and operational sourcing activities, ensuring cost-efficient, compliant, and value-driven outcomes. Provide governance, develop vendor partnerships, and build a high-performing sourcing team. Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage sourcing teams to deliver both strategic and operational procurement initiatives across diverse portfolios.

Oversee workload distribution to optimize resources, productivity, and service delivery.

Build and maintain client relationships, leading operational reviews and performance reporting.

Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver added value through procurement activities.

Supervise sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs), guiding teams on evaluation methods, negotiation strategies, and contract awards.

Lead high-level supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.

Develop future sourcing and manpower plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Manage supplier disputes and settlements in coordination with contracts and end-user teams.

Implement sourcing policies, digital platforms, and systems to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including cost savings, cycle times, and client satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and audit requirements in all procurement activities.

Mentor and coach sourcing staff, supporting capability development and succession planning.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).

Experience:
10+ years in procurement, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (preferably in construction, facilities management, or hospitality).

Knowledge:

Procurement processes and regulations within the UAE or similar jurisdictions.

Import/export regulations.

Supplier market knowledge across relevant sectors.
