Job Title: Purchase Manager (With Catering Experience)

Job Summary:
The Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement of goods and services required by the organization. This role ensures timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, supplier relationship management, and inventory control while maintaining quality standards. The Purchase Manager collaborates with internal departments, negotiates with suppliers, and implements procurement strategies to support smooth operations and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance for management review.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets, payments, and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in procurement/supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software or ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and quality assurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
