Procurement Manager - Building Materials

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our building materials procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute procurement plans to meet project requirements.

2. Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.

3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

4. Analyze market trends and optimize procurement processes.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.

3. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
