Procurement Manager

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services for Facade and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The role requires ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality procurement to meet project schedules and financial objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to develop and maintain robust supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for facade and PEB materials and services at competitive prices.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and supply agreements to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of project materials and equipment to align with construction schedules.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate price fluctuations, supply risks, and new sourcing opportunities.
• Oversee preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to forecast and plan procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 15+ years of procurement experience within the construction, façade, or PEB sectors.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, logistics, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, cost-control, and problem-solving skills.
