Job description:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to LED lighting raw materials (LED chips, drivers, housings, PCBs, aluminum, wiring, packaging, etc.).
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/suppliers.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain supplier database and ensure vendor compliance with quality & statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality teams for timely availability of raw materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as per demand forecast.
• Track market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing options.
• Build long-term vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations in all procurement activities.
• Prepare MIS reports on procurement costs, vendor performance, and savings achieved.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of LED lighting industry materials & components.
• Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills.
• Understanding of supply chain management & inventory planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication & team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
