Procurement Manager

RAKTDA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and procurement operations. This role is pivotal in driving value, compliance, and innovation across the procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from defining business needs to contract closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align procurement with organisational goals.
• Utilise Oracle Fusion to manage procurement workflows, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Negotiate contracts and drive cost optimisation across direct and indirect categories.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements and KPIs.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in marketing procurement.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPS certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Tourism / hospitality industry experience will be an advantage.
