Role_Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager from the healthcare industry to manage sourcing, vendor development, purchase planning, and procurement operations for our healthcare infrastructure and equipment projects. The role involves deep coordination with project teams, hospitals, OEMs, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with quality and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement Planning:
• Prepare procurement schedules and budgets based on project timelines.
• Align procurement strategy with project goals and organizational cost-efficiency targets.
• Vendor Development & Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for medical equipment, hospital furniture, instruments, consumables, and services.
• Build long-term partnerships with reliable OEMs and suppliers (local and international).
• Sourcing & Negotiation:
• Conduct RFPs/RFQs, quotation analysis, and negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms.
• Ensure best value for quality products with optimal TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
• Contracting & Compliance:
• Finalize procurement contracts, agreements, and service-level terms.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance (e.g., CDSCO, AERB, NABH, GST norms).
• Inventory Coordination:
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams to track deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Avoid shortages or overstocking that impact project flow.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with Biomedical, Projects, Finance, and Admin teams for seamless procurement execution.
• Support installation timelines and handover processes.
• Data & Reporting:
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, cost sheets, and project-wise procurement status reports.
• Provide MIS and analysis to leadership.

Education:

• Graduate in Engineering / Life Sciences / Pharmacy (Preferred)
• MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management (Desirable)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare, hospital infrastructure, or medical equipment procurement.
• Experience in multi-specialty hospital projects, diagnostic setups, or healthcare turnkey consultancies preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare product categories (medical equipment, surgicals, consumables, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory norms (CDSCO, NABH, import/export if applicable).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, purchase order tracking, and procurement software.
• Financial and commercial awareness in contract finalization.

Salary: As per industry standards ( Depends on Interview)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
