Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze information and data related to localization policies in the automotive sector, and prepare localization strategies and development plans accordingly.
  • Responsible for contacting and developing local suppliers, negotiating and determining suppliers with the best price and reliable quality;
  • Research, evaluate, and develop local suppliers, identifying the most suitable suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery.
  • Manage the development, validation, and certification phases of parts and components supply processes, ensuring quality and continuity within the supply chain.
  • Maintain long-term supplier relationships, conduct performance analyses, and ensure the implementation of procurement strategies.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in automotive engineering, machinery manufacturing, or business management; vehicle parts management or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in parts purchasing, professional development experience in localization parts
  • Auto supply system working experience is preferred;
  • Familiar with the types, manufacturing process, supply system and supply standards of automobile products and parts
  • Familiar with Turkiye automobile localization policy and localization parts development, verification and certification process
  • Strong negotiation and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability
  • Good relationship with customs and other related government departments, familiar with relevant business processes
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
