Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead and manage all procurement activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company objectives
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and project schedules
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance
• Resolve procurement-related issues and claims efficiently
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting processes
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience with ERP or procurement management systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with local and international suppliers
